　　2013年5月14日，最高领袖总书记从天津市武清区丁家瞿阝村开启了考察天津的第一站。在这里，总书记指出要加快发展现代都市型农业。在天津市级帮扶组的支持下，丁家瞿阝村从32户农家手中流转土地100多亩，成立了“金河滩”果蔬种植专业合作社，建成天津市香味葡萄种植示范推广基地。三年前栽下的葡萄苗，到今年已是硕果累累，估计每亩收益能超万元。

　　京津冀山水相连 聚焦绿色发展

　　生态城宜居的环境得益于天津市开展的清新空气、清水河道、清洁村庄、清洁社区、绿化美化“四清一绿”行动以及控煤、控尘、控车、控工业污染、控新建项目污染的“五控”治理措施。2015年天津市共投入4亿元专项资金用于支持河北加强大气污染治理，其中投入2亿元支持沧州市燃煤锅炉综合治理、散煤洁净化治理等大气污染治理项目，投入2亿元支持唐山市燃煤锅炉淘汰及清洁能源替代、民用燃煤洁净替代等大气污染治理项目。通过这些治理措施，天津2015年比2013年的PM2.5平均浓度下降27.1%，提前两年完成国家规定目标。
