When we came to the welding workshop, there were more than 600 robots, which realized 100% automation of nine connection processes, 100% qualified rate of key solder joints, 100% automatic detection of welding parameters, and the equipment detection accuracy reached ±0.1mm, which was equivalent to the aircraft detection standard, ensuring a firmer body and higher durability. Similarly, the welding workshop is fully intelligent, and AI visual inspection is applied to the visual guidance of grasping parts, bolt tightening, gluing and VIN code to ensure the high quality of welding details.

In the painting workshop, there are 167 robots operating covering different processes such as gluing, spraying, cleaning and inspection. The topcoat adopts water-based technology and environmental protection treatment, realizing 100% unmanned automatic inspection in the whole process, and painting a car body in one minute to ensure efficient production of vehicles. At the same time, the workshop realized the full coverage of 5G network, and realized equipment interconnection, data interconnection and business interconnection through IOT platform. The intelligent energy management system carries out multi-dimensional fine management in different media, process sections and time periods, realizing intelligent detection, digital process and transparent management.

Finally, there is the assembly workshop, which has 10 automatic main production lines and 3 high-precision inspection lines, realizing one car off the assembly line in one minute, and the vehicle needs to go through 32 inspections and about 4,000 inspection contents in the assembly to ensure high production capacity and high quality of products. Among them, Huawei used the experience of quality management in the field of mobile phones to control the whole process of quality of Zhijie S7. The data collection rate of vehicle assembly exceeds 98%, and the production quality is controlled through the whole process of quality gate+wire control +AI vision, and the quality parameters of manufacturing process are 100% digitally traced.
