Recently, the 2021 best case selection for the renovation of old residential areas initiated by the Municipal Office for Renovation of Old Residential Areas (the Municipal Construction Committee) was evaluated by self-evaluation reports from all parts of the city, primary selection by online voting and on-site evaluation by experts, and finally 10 best cases and 20 typical cases were comprehensively selected.

Clarify the responsibilities of supervision departments, refine the main points of supervision of construction projects, improve the on-site supervision mechanism, adhere to the combination of regular and centralized investigations, and combine regular and key investigations, increase supervision, and make full use of means such as suspension of work and rectification, credit punishment, etc., to ensure the satisfaction of the people at their doorstep.

In addition, the renovation of old residential areas has been integrated into the city’s livelihood and welfare actions for comprehensive evaluation, and the Comprehensive Evaluation Measures has also been revised according to the new situation and new needs. Among them, 14 indicators in five aspects, including target completion, process management, renovation effect, fund management and safeguard measures, have been included in the annual comprehensive evaluation index system for districts, counties (cities), giving full play to the role of evaluation "baton" and promoting this livelihood fact to be thorough and thorough.
