Fruit platter show, creativity, skillful labor, I am happy, and Nanyan Branch of Jianping Experimental Primary School in Hefei has carried out labor education practice classes.

Since the implementation of the "double reduction" policy, Nanyan Branch of Jianping Experimental Primary School in Hefei has independently developed labor courses to strengthen the research and guidance of students’ labor education, and formed a school-based curriculum system featuring labor education, relying on labor education to empower the "double reduction". Under the guidance of the content of Compulsory Education Labor Curriculum Standard (2022 Edition), the school has carried out a series of labor education activities in combination with the curriculum to empower students’ growth.

On May 12th, the members of the 3rd (7th) Squadron of our school, under the guidance of the counselor Ding Lili, held a labor practice class of "Creative Fruit Dishes". Before class, the team members carefully selected fruits and washed them. During the class, Mr. Ding led the team members to learn the steps and precautions of making fruit platters. Then the players rolled up their sleeves and showed their skills! They actively started work, cleverly conceived and created unique "fruit platter" works.

The fruit platter making in a short class made the team members use their brains, show their talents, learn to cooperate and share, reap the happiness brought by labor, and truly feel the true meaning of "I work, I am happy".

Nanyan Branch of Jianping Experimental Primary School in Hefei will continue to insist on bringing labor practice into the classroom and integrating labor education into family life and social life, so that every team member can get labor exercise.
