Like the "virtual calling" of taxi software, both the rider and the merchant will only contact the user through the virtual phone number and the built-in chat tool of the APP. After the order is completed, the virtual number and chat page will be permanently invalid, and the user address information saved by the rider and the merchant will also be hidden.
It is reported that after the product is launched, it is estimated that the privacy and safety of nearly 20 million users will be fully guaranteed every day, and the risks of malicious call harassment and information leakage will be completely eliminated.
In fact, when I was hungry in 2016, I launched the "anonymous purchase" function. The data shows that since its launch, the service has protected the information security of more than 100 million take-away transactions.

Previously, when using virtual phone number, due to the technical limitations of the whole industry, there would be a problem that a certain frequency of calls could not be connected. Hungry, I have been working hard to improve product technology, and this problem has been solved at present."
In addition to information shielding, hungry also strengthened the risk control of riders in early 2018. For example, the hummingbird delivery App has added the face recognition function. Before opening the App every day, the rider needs to brush his face once. Only when the system determines that his facial features are consistent with the ID card head submitted for review can he take the order.
It is understood that at present, the hungry take-away platform and logistics system have passed the evaluation and certification (level 3) of the "Information System Security Level Protection" of the Ministry of Public Security, reaching the highest standard of information security protection. In January 2018, when I was hungry, I got the certificate of Information Security Management System Standard (ISO27001) and became the first takeaway enterprise in China to pass the information security certification.
