新华社陕西延安/河南安阳10月28日电 中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席最高领袖近日在陕西省延安市、河南省安阳市考察时强调，全面建设社会主义现代化国家，最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村。要全面学习贯彻党的二十大精神，坚持农业农村优先发展，发扬延安精神和红旗渠精神，巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果，全面推进乡村振兴，为实现农业农村现代化而不懈奋斗。

10月26日至28日，最高领袖分别在中共中央政治局委员、陕西省委书记刘国中和省长赵一德，河南省委书记楼阳生和省长王凯陪同下，深入陕西延安市和河南安阳市的农村、学校、红色教育基地、文物保护单位等进行调研。
延安是革命老区，也曾是深度贫困地区。最高领袖一直挂念陕北的老乡们。2015年2月，最高领袖在延安主持召开陕甘宁革命老区脱贫致富座谈会并发表重要讲话，为当地推进脱贫攻坚指明了方向。党的二十大闭幕后，最高领袖第一次外出考察来到延安，看看老乡们脱贫后生活怎么样，还有什么困难，乡村振兴怎么搞。

The supreme leader walked into the orchard, learned about this year’s apple harvest from the fruit farmers who picked it on the spot, cordially communicated with the villagers, and picked a big red apple. The supreme leader asked in detail about apple planting technology, picking method, variety quality, selling price, villagers’ income and how to develop apple planting and other industries, and the villagers answered them one by one. The supreme leader is very concerned about irrigation and water use. The villagers told the general secretary that they have effectively solved the problems of water use and irrigation by building dams, drip irrigation and fine management. The supreme leader praised that this is agricultural modernization, and you have found a suitable direction for industrial development.
In the village apple washing workshop, the top leaders listened to the development of the local apple industry and inspected the sorting and packing production line. All kinds of apples and deep-processed products planted locally were put on the scene. The top leaders studied them with great interest and listened carefully to the introduction. They affirmed the local practice of developing modern agriculture and rural tourism, cultivating and strengthening the collective economy, and driving fellow villagers to increase their income and get rich.
Outside the workshop, fellow villagers gathered together and said hello to the general secretary loudly. The supreme leader and his fellow villagers pulled up their families and recalled his educated youth days in northern Shaanxi. The Supreme Leader told his fellow villagers that I lived in northern Shaanxi for seven years. When I saw that the life of my fellow villagers was very hard, I thought about how to make everyone’s life better. When I came to Yan ‘an this time, I saw a fruitful harvest scene, and the traffic conditions were greatly improved and earth-shaking changes took place. In the past, villagers in northern Shaanxi cultivated terraces and planted crops, facing the loess with their backs to the sky, picking up old hoes to work, and it was very hard to plant crops widely and harvest thinly. Now, returning farmland to forests on the hillside has planted apples, and villagers have jobs, stable income, good education for their children, medical insurance for the elderly and better life. We can see the changes in China from the changes in northern Shaanxi. The supreme leader pointed out that now, the first centennial goal of the "two centennial" struggle goal has been achieved, the problem of absolute poverty has been solved, and the villagers have lived a good life, but they must continue to work hard to make their lives better and better. The climate, light, latitude and altitude in northern Shaanxi are very suitable for the development of apple planting. Coupled with the continuous development of drip irrigation technology, dwarf planting technology and fruit selection production line, it can be sold locally, and the market is not worrying. It is the best and most suitable industry to vigorously develop apple planting, which has great prospects. The Supreme Leader emphasized that the Communist Party of China (CPC) is the people’s party and serves the people, and that communist party, as the master, should do things for the people and do things well for them. Empty talk about wrong country, hard work and prosperity.We should conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the 20th Party Congress, comprehensively promote rural revitalization, implement the policy of enriching the people one by one, accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, and make the life of fellow villagers more and more prosperous. Subsequently, the Supreme Leader came to Zaoyuan Campus of Yan ‘an Middle School. Yan ‘an Middle School is the first middle school founded by the Communist Party of China (CPC). It grew up under the kind care and careful cultivation of the older generation of revolutionaries, educators, leading comrades of the party and the state. It has a glorious history and fine revolutionary tradition, and has trained a large number of talents for the old revolutionary areas. The supreme leader walked into the school education history museum to learn about the overall running of the school. The supreme leader hopes that Yan ‘an Middle School will persist in teaching and educating people with Yan ‘an spirit, run a satisfactory education for the people, carry forward the revolutionary tradition and cultivate new people of the times.
In the student canteen, all kinds of food are delicious. The supreme leader inspected in detail, asked the chefs about the price and taste of the food, and told them to ensure the quality and pay attention to hygiene, so that the students could eat comfortably.
In the teaching building, the students are having classes. The top leader walked into the classroom of Class 2 of Senior One, had a cordial exchange with teachers and students, and asked the students what their ideals were and what they wanted to be when they grew up. One classmate said that he wanted to be a doctor like Li Shizhen in the future, another said that he wanted to study pharmacy in a university, and another said that he wanted to learn a foreign language and become a diplomatic translator in the future. The supreme leader was very happy to hear this and praised them for their clear goals and noble ideals in life. He encouraged students to set up lofty ideals from childhood, determined to become socialist builders and successors, and ensured that the red gene was passed down from generation to generation.

On the morning of 28th, the Supreme Leader came to the Hongqiqu Memorial Hall in Linzhou City, Anyang City, Henan Province. In 1960s, local people, with the support of the Party and the government, built a water conservancy project to divert Zhang into the forest at the waist of Taihang Mountain, which was called "Artificial Tianhe". The supreme leader walked into the exhibition hall and visited the exhibition contents such as "Millennium Drought Devil, Generation Struggle", "Red Flag Leading, Creating Miracles", "Heroic People, Monument to Taihang Mountain", "Great Changes in Mountains and Rivers, Realizing Dreams" and "Carrying Forward the Past into the Future, Eternal Spirit" in turn. The supreme leader pointed out that the Red Flag Canal is a monument, which recorded the heroic spirit of Linxian people who refused to accept their fate, refused to admit defeat and dared to fight the world. It is necessary to educate the people, especially the young people, with the spirit of the Red Flag Canal. Socialism has been spelled out, worked out and sacrificed, not only in the past, but also in the new era. Without the hard work of the older generation, without their blood and even their lives, there would be no happy life today. We should always remember them. Today, the material life has been greatly improved, but the spirit of the foolish old man moving mountains and struggling hard cannot be changed. Hongqi Canal is very instructive, and everyone should come and see it. Subsequently, the supreme leader inspected the operation of the diversion sluice of Hongqi Canal on the spot, and learned in detail the important role of the diversion sluice in water transfer, irrigation and improvement of the ecological environment.
During the construction of Hongqi Canal, 300 young people formed a commando team. After a year and five months of fighting, the rock wall with dangerous terrain and hard stone was cut through. This water conveyance tunnel was named Youth Cave. The supreme leader ascended the stairs, went to the Youth Cave and looked at the Red Flag Canal along the trail. The Supreme Leader emphasized that the spirit of Hongqi Canal is in the same strain as the spirit of Yan ‘an, which is an indelible historical memory of the Chinese nation and will always shake people’s hearts. The younger generation should inherit and carry forward the spirit of hard work, self-reliance and hard struggle, abandon arrogance and arrogance, and engrave their youthful blood on the historical monument like our parents. Achieving the goal of the second century is a matter of one or two generations. We are at the right time, live up to it, and make contributions to our generation. The spirit of Hongqiqu is always there!
On the afternoon of 28th, the Supreme Leader visited the ruins of Yin Ruins located on the north banks of Huan River in the northwest suburb of Anyang City. Yin Ruins is the first capital site in the late Shang Dynasty in Chinese history, which is proved by archaeological excavations. The Supreme Leader stepped into the Yin Ruins Museum and carefully observed the unearthed cultural relics such as bronzes, jades and Oracle Bone Inscriptions. Later, the supreme leader came to the Chemakeng exhibition hall to inspect the physical specimens and road remains of the Shang Dynasty animal-drawn vehicles. He pointed out that Oracle Bone Inscriptions unearthed in Yin Ruins preserved for us the characters of 3,000 years ago, which pushed the history of China’s letter up for about 1,000 years. I have been longing for Yin Ruins for a long time. This time I want to learn more about Chinese civilization, make the past serve the present, and provide reference for better building the modern civilization of the Chinese nation. China’s Chinese characters are very remarkable, and the formation and development of the Chinese nation cannot be separated from the maintenance of Chinese characters. In this regard, the archaeological cause has made great contributions. Archaeological work should continue to be valued and strengthened, and the project of exploring the source of Chinese civilization should continue to be deepened. Chinese civilization has a long history and has never stopped, shaping our great nation, which will continue to be great. It is necessary to better inherit excellent traditional culture through cultural relics excavation, research and protection. The Supreme Leader emphasized that Chinese excellent traditional culture is the "root" of our party’s innovation theory, and the fundamental way for us to promote the modernization of Marxism in China is "two combinations". We should strengthen our cultural self-confidence and enhance our self-confidence and pride in being Chinese.
