The female master was reported by the tutor for thesis fraud and counterclaimed sexual harassment of the other party.

　　Wang Xin (a pseudonym), a master student in peking university health science center, was reported by his tutor to be false in the opening report of his thesis, so he was severely warned by the school. After Wang Xin’s complaint was fruitless, he took the Municipal Education Commission to court and asked the Education Commission to cancel the disciplinary decision of Peking University. Wang Xin said that the sexual harassment of the tutor was not intentionally reported, and the tutor denied it. A few days ago, both sides exchanged evidence.

　　Wang Xin sued that she was admitted to Peking University in 2005 and studied for a master’s degree in the Institute of Clinical Oncology. On September 26th, 2007, Zhang, the tutor, organized Wang Xin to give a report on the opening of graduation thesis. At the end of September 2007, the tutor Zhang reported to Peking University that Wang Xin was suspected of fraud in the opening report. On June 10th last year, Peking University made a decision to give Wang Xin an extension of defense and a severe warning.

　　Wang Xin refused to accept the complaint and filed a complaint with Peking University Medical Center the following month. As a result, the original punishment was maintained. Subsequently, Wang Xin appealed to the Municipal Education Commission, but still maintained the original punishment.

　　Wang Xin said that the opening report, pictures and data on which the education commission and the school made their decisions have been changed, and the facts of the school’s punishment are unclear. So she sued the education commission and requested to cancel the school punishment.

　　Yesterday, Wang Xin said that his opening report was not falsified, and the report that the school used as evidence was tampered with by the tutor. Wang Xin said that the tutor tried to sexually harass her, but she didn’t cooperate, so she was "hard on her feet" by the teacher.

　　It is understood that the two sides have already exchanged evidence. Among them, a witness testimony submitted by the Municipal Education Commission showed that Wang Xin ate part of the original evidence of the school on the spot in the office of the Education Commission.

　　Wang Xin said that she had seen the testimony. "It is ridiculous to say that I ate the evidence in the testimony." When the reporter asked the office of the Education Commission for verification, the staff said it was unclear.
