The UHV Baizhe line, the artery of ＂Power Transmission from West to East＂, successfully crossed the Yangtze River in Chongqing.

　　On the same day, after 13 days of continuous construction, the Chongqing section of Baihetan-Zhejiang 800 kV HVDC transmission project (Baizhe Line), the main artery of "West-to-East Power Transmission", successfully completed the pay-off operation of the Yangtze River.

　　Baizhe Line is a major power grid project of "Power Transmission from West to East" and clean energy delivery. It passes through Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei, Anhui and Zhejiang provinces and cities, with a line length of 2,140 kilometers. Among them, the line length of Chongqing section is 331.25 kilometers, and construction started in October 2021.
