Director Xu Qingming was born in Shangrao, Jiangxi Province on February 15th, 1991. Because he loved movies since he was a child, he often went to the video hall to watch Hong Kong movies alone and fell in love with movies. Without being understood by his family and friends, he still dreamed of going to Beijing alone in 2009. After drifting to the North for several years, he moved to Hengdian Film and Television City in Zhejiang to work behind the scenes.
